C-Section Recovery Package

 

Guiding you through emotional and physical healing following c-section

 

 As someone who has had 3 c-sections, I understand how difficult recovery can be and how little guidance there is for women. That’s why I created a package to help women thrive after c-section. In this package we focus on healing, reconnection, and strength of the body and mind. We address scar management, regulation of the nervous system to help with emotional and physical healing, postpartum nutrition, body work for releasing muscle tension and mobilizing pelvic/sacral bones, core strengthening (including pelvic floor), and more.

  This package consists of 12 one hour sessions (spread over 4-6 months). Sessions are one on one with a pelvic physical therapist and are tailored to your specific needs. A full body assessment is performed, including pelvic floor screening or evaluation if appropriate.

The C-Section Recovery Package is for you if you:

      • want to prevent or treat pain, diastasis recti, or pelvic floor issues

      • want to get back into exercise but don’t know where to start

      • want to increase postpartum body confidence

      • want to help your body heal to prevent issues during future pregnancy
