Connect to the pelvic floor through guided meditation and learn how to strengthen, relax, and lengthen the pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor muscles are an important part of the core but are often ignored in standard exercise classes. Learn how to incorporate these muscles into exercise for optimal function and prevention of pelvic floor disorders.
